9/25～9/28の日程をご希望の場合

1. 必ず窓口まで出願書類を持参いただき、面接予約を同時に行ってください。
2. ご予約の際は、面接希望日・時間、受験学年、受験者のお名前、保護者代表のお名前、お電話番号をお伝えください。

10/1～10/24の日程をご希望の場合

1. Web上の専用フォームよりご予約ください。

1. 受付窓口およびお電話での予約はお受けできません。

Appointment for the Child and Parent(s) Interview for Kindergarten 1 and Elementary 1st Grade

September 25th – Sep 28th

1. Please bring the required document for application to the office.  Making an appointment for the interview is available at the same time.

2. Please let the office know your “requested interview date”, “time”, “testing grade”, “name of the applicant”,  “name of the parent/guardian”, and “telephone number”.

October 1st – October 24th

1. Please make an appointment from the designated form on the web page.
