　　幼稚園ご希望の方は、参加名の前に「01」を付けてください：例 01 Sato

　　小学校ご希望の方は、参加名の前に「02」を付けてください：例 02 Yamada

　　両方ご希望の方は、参加名の前に「03」を付けてください：例 03 Higa

　　※01～-03は日本語です。英語ルームを希望の方は04を付けてください。
