Please fill out the form if you would like to get an application form via mail.
Application forms will be distributed at the “Trial/ Information Session” and “Kindergarten & Elementary School Tour” as well. Those who attend either tour, will not need to submit a request for an application form.
Mailing form acceptance period: July 8, 2024 – September 17, 2024. The application form will be sent out in order from July 8, 2024.
