子ども達はネイチャーみらい館で、マングローブを実際に間近で見たり、川の近くでカニを観察したりして、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

その後は田んぼで思う存分、泥遊びを満喫しました。ネイチャーみらい館のスタッフの方々が、カエルの着ぐるみを着て優しく注意事項を教えてくれたり、一緒に遊んでくれたりしました。田んぼの水はやや冷たかったのですが、滑り台や綱引き、学級対抗リレーをして遊びました。

子ども達はこの日、滅多にできない体験をし、自然について多くの事を学ぶことができました。

students went to the Nature Mirai Kan to play with mud and look at mangroves.
They saw crabs in the river. Three men dressed in frog suits came to talk to the students about the rice field experience.  We saw parents playing with students. It was a lot of fun. The water was cold and the kids had smiles on their faces as they were covered in mud.
