ICT Moral Lecture

Mr.Takamiyagi gave an ICT moral lecture to all students from G1 to JH.

He explained how smartphone games interfere with the quality of sleep and affect memory/emotions/health, and that by improving the quality of sleep, academic and sports performance will also increase, so smartphone games should be limited to 30 minutes a day! No cell phone 1 hour before bedtime! He lectured them not to touch their cell phones on Sundays and to go outside for exercise to stimulate brain activity. After listening to this lecture, they were very positive and declared, “We will not touch our cell phones before bedtime!
