For the G5 students, who are turning 13 in East Asian age reckoning, parents/guardians held a Jūsan-iwai (13 th birthday) celebration event.
The 13 th birthday is an event to celebrate children who are thirteen years old by counting. It is a time to celebrate the turning point when the zodiac sign of the year of birth comes around again, and to rejoice in the growth of children.
Parents prepared a lot of treats for them and they had an amazing lunch time.
We wish the G5 students all the best in their future endeavors!
