Spring break is upon us at AMICUS, and preparations for the new school year are underway in the rather quiet school building.

The closing ceremony was held on the last day of school last week, the 21st.

Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, the ceremony wasn’t held in the gym, instead, it was broadcasted on Zoom from the Media Center.

First, the AMICUS Choir sang the school song.

We were soothed by a beautiful voice.

Several student representatives gave speeches reflecting on the past year.

A short break before the Ceremony for Departing Teachers scheduled afterwards.

We were treated to a wonderful piano and violin performance!

After the farewell speeches from the departing teachers, the children presented commemorative gifts and bouquets of flowers at the end of the event.

We wish the leaving teachers all the best in their future endeavors!
