It is now mid-December and it has suddenly started to cool down in Okinawa.
In the courtyard of AMICUS, the beautiful red flowers of the Scarlet banana (Musa coccinea) , planted about a year ago, have bloomed for the first time!

AMICUS will be on winter break starting tomorrow.
