The children came back to school on June 21st, after a week and a half of school closure.

The school is now filled with joyful children again!

3rd graders and 4th graders took a special lecture of financial literacy by Nomura Securities Co., Ltd.

In the first half of the lesson, the students learned about the currency and exchange rates of different countries.

Later, they experienced what it would be like to be a enterpreneurs who import erasers from the U.S. through a game.

They were thrilled with the game because the exchange rate fluctuated every time with a roll of dice, but they carefully thought about the best timing to buy the products.

The students enjoyed the lesson and seemed to comprehend the concept of exchange rates by the end of the lesson.

The lesson may have given students a chance to look their everyday lives in a different way.
