1st graders went on their field trip to Okinawa Comprehensive Athletic Park on December 2nd.

 

 

It was their first field trip ever since they entered elementary school, so the children were so excited about it!

 

 

 

When they got there, they experienced wood-chopping.

 

 

The wood they cut will be on sale at the park.

 

 

It’s good that the children’s work becomes of help for someone!

 

 

 

They also made baumkuchen!

 

 

They carefully layered the dough over and over and made beautiful layers of baumkuchen, which tasted so good!

 

 

Even though the weather was not so great, the field trip became a good experience for the children!
