In the afternoon, grade 2, 4 and 6 had their musical segment.
The children entertained the audience with beautiful songs and musical performances.
Grade 2 “THIS IS ME!!! ~It’s okay to be different ~”
2nd graders have learned accepting others’ differences. And they showcased what they have learned with 4 songs wearing their original tie-dye Tshirt.
Grade 4 “The Tree of Grade 4”
4th graders played recorder and sang songs, imagining the “trees” that represent growth of the 4 years learning music.
The current 4th graders love singing. Audiences was fascinated with childrens’ beautiful and sweet voice.
Grade 6 “Our Musical Journey ~Let’s enjoy this journey together~”
Each class from grade 6 had a brass band performance. The music they played ranged from what their parents know to the latest trendy ones.
At the end of their performance, they changed their costumes and danced “Dynamic Ryukyu”,
which is the dance they have been practicing so hard since they learned it from performer Mr. Taichi Hirata in June.
The entire hall was filled with the shouts of the dancing children and ended with a powerful performance.
All of the performances were so amazing! Children and teachers worked together so hard to produce these wonderful performances for today!
