G1 students gathered in the Common Area and were getting ready to go out somewhere.
Where were they going?
In their Japanese class they have written an introduction to something after collecting information on their chosen topic.
This time they chose to write about the horses we have at AMICUS.
The horse trainer gave us a lecture on how to become friends with his horses.
“Who remembers where to pat when you want to become friends with horses??” asked the trainer.
“I know! I know! I know!”
It seemed like they remembered what they learned from past lessons with our horses.
“The neck!!”
They started their observation and filled in their worksheets.
“The horses’ legs are as tall as me!”
“Horseshoes are as hard as rocks!!”
They could describe the horses well by comparing it with different things around them.
After collecting the information, they went back to class and started their paragraphs about horses.
They’re going to take their work home, and have it checked by their parents.
