We welcomed a group of students from St Charles Elementary School.
We held a brief ceremony in the Multi-Purpose Hall to welcome them, and they sang for us. They then gave a great speech in fluent English.
Following the ceremony, we showed them the way to classes.
In Grade 2, we worked together on wish cards, and in Grade 6, we learned together in “Home Economics class,” a subject they don’t have in Hong Kong. We cooked pancakes together.
A camera crew was present, and our exchange session was covered on TV. It was broadcast on two television stations.
