Dear Parents,

We will have a Peace Assembly during 1st and 2nd period on Monday. Please have your child bring their formal uniform. They may also wear their formal uniform to school if they prefer.

For this weekend’s homework, students have been given one long division worksheet. Today, students worked on the worksheet in class. Those who finished their classwork continued working in their math workbook up to page 20. Students who did not finish their classwork were asked to complete the worksheet and workbook pages 15, 16, 18, 19, and 20 for homework.

Long division is an important foundation for future math learning. We would appreciate your support and encouragement at home.

月曜日の1・2時間目に平和集会があります。お子様にフォーマルユニフォームを持たせてください。フォーマルユニフォームを着て登校しても大丈夫です。

週末の宿題として、わり算の筆算のワークシート1枚を出しています。今日はワークシートに取り組み、授業の課題を終えた子は算数ドリルを20ページまで進めました。課題が終わっていない子は、ワークシートに加えて、算数ドリルの15・16・18・19・20ページを宿題として取り組むよう伝えています。

わり算の筆算は、これからの算数の学習の基礎となる大切な内容です。ご家庭でも声かけをお願いいたします。

A large typhoon is expected to approach Okinawa over the next few days. We hope everyone stays safe and takes care during this time. Please find the homework assignments and Wednesday’s timetable below.

Sports Day is coming up on September 5. As we will not have a rehearsal before the event, we would appreciate your support in encouraging your child to practice their karate at home during the school closure. A little practice each day will help them feel more confident and ready for Sports Day.

国語の学習の計画表です。子どもたちには、すでにGoogle Classroomで配布しています。「日記」や「文作り」の課題は、その日の授業の進み具合に応じて出されます。今日は国語で学習した「なりきって書こう」の清書が終わっていない児童のみ、家庭で仕上げてくるよう伝えています。

なお、行事等により内容が変更になる場合がありますので、毎日のダイアリーのご確認をお願いいたします。

The Japanese homework plan has already been shared with students on Google Classroom.Homework such as “journals” and “writing” may be assigned depending on the progress of each lesson. Today, only students who have not finished their “Narikitte-Kakou” assignment in class are asked to complete it at home.
