5C Online Meeting Tomorrow Afternoon!!

Assignments for HE and SS are Ready!

Hi, 5C friends! I was able to talk to most of your parents on the phone today. I’m relieved you are all staying healthy! 🙂

I’m also thrilled that some of you have already started the assignments and completed some work! Good job!

Please continue to stay healthy and good luck with your assignments!

Home Economics: Prepare healthy breakfast (rice + miso soup). Due by Thursday, March 19th.

  1. Plan to make breakfast which includes five nutrients (protein, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, and fats)
  2. Start cooking! Please ask an adult to supervise you while cooking.
  3. Take a picture of yourself with your breakfast!
  4. Enjoy your breakfast!
  5. Make a short presentation with LoiLoNote!
    • First slide should have the picture of yourself with your breakfast. Please record your voice and explain about your breakfast.
    • Second slide should have a reflection of your cooking experience. Just write keywords of your reflection. Then record your voice and talk about details. (what effort did you make? What was the most enjoyable part? What challenges/difficulties did you face and how did you overcome them? )
  6. Submit your presentation to me! Your presentation will be shared with other 5C members soon.

Assignments During School Closure

Hi, everyone! How are you spending your time while you are away from school? I hope that you are all healthy and ready to begin some school work at home!

Here is a rough assignment plan for the next three weeks. You can start with the English, Japanese, science, and art assignments! More detailed information regarding other subjects will be uploaded from time to time between now and March 19th. Please visit this blog at least twice a week for the latest information. Good luck! 🙂

Assignments for the next three weeks

English:

1. Media: Work on the project ( Scientific Advancement presentation) which you have already started working on. All the presentations will be later collected in April. (therefore need to be completed). You can use Loilo Note, PowerPoint (save in a USB), or you could even make a poster (if you don’t have Loilo or PowerPoint). If you are going to use Keynote, please bring your laptop to school in April.

2. Eng Writing : Write your presentation script (what you are going to say when you present your project)

2. 分からない漢字や言葉の意味は、辞書で調べましょう。
